In the early moments of a Friday morning, the quiet of a Severn, Maryland neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On January 8, 2021, at approximately 12:15 a.m., 34-year-old Brandon Anthony Davis, a male resident of Windsor Mill, was found lying in the roadway at the intersection of Pioneer Drive and Arwell Court, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Concerned citizens had already rushed to his side to render aid before authorities arrived.
