On the evening of June 14, 2024, 34-year-old Keion McKinney, a male resident of Severn, Maryland, was fatally shot in what police have described as a targeted attack. The incident occurred shortly before 7:20 p.m. in the backyard of a townhome in the 1600 block of Meade Village Circle.
