On June 14, 2024, Keion McKinney, a 34-year-old resident of Severn, Maryland, was fatally shot in a targeted attack. The incident occurred around 7:19 PM in the backyard of a townhome located on Meade Village Circle. When officers arrived at the scene, they found McKinney suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
