In the early morning hours of January 13, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the predawn quiet in an Oklahoma City parking lot, tragically ending the life of 22-year-old Jacqueline Luna Garcia. The Hispanic female was sitting in her vehicle outside the Paladar Cubano, a bar located near Southwest 29th Street and Youngs Avenue, when the shooting occurred at approximately 4:15 a.m. Struck by the gunfire, she was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
