In the winter of 2012, a mystery surrounded the final days of 10-month-old Lyrik Martin. On February 3rd, the infant girl was brought to a hospital in Oklahoma City by her mother. Lyrik was alarmingly pale and unresponsive, her condition described as a 'mystery illness.' The reality of her situation, however, was far more grim than a mere sickness.
