Lyrik Martin, a 10-month-old infant, was tragically killed on February 3, 2012, in Oklahoma City. Her mother had called 911 when Lyrik was found unresponsive at their home. She was rushed to Children's Hospital, where she ultimately died four days later from severe injuries. The Medical Examiner determined that Lyrik had suffered blunt force trauma to the head and abdomen, and her death was ruled a homicide.
