In Oklahoma City on November 10, 2020, a 23-year-old Black female named Shatica Dawn Hixon was tragically killed in an act of domestic violence. At the time of her death, she was pregnant with her second child. The man identified as her boyfriend, Brandon Milburn, was the perpetrator of the fatal shooting.
