William Emery Kamp, aged 63, was tragically murdered on May 26, 1971, in Yuba City, California. His death was part of a series of gruesome killings carried out by Juan Vallejo Corona, a Mexican serial killer who was convicted of murdering 25 migrant farm workers. These workers, including Kamp, were found buried in peach orchards along the Feather River in Sutter County.
