On June 14, 2019, Jose Manuel Ramirez, aged 41, was tragically found dead in his home in Yuba City, California. The incident was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of Margarita Contreras. Both victims were discovered with apparent gunshot wounds, leading to an immediate investigation by the Yuba City Police Department.
