In the early hours of April 19, 2021, a fatal shooting in Oklahoma City claimed the life of 38-year-old Emilia Koteen. The incident unfolded in the driveway of a residence at 12017 SW 15th Terrace. Responding to a call, Oklahoma City police officers discovered Koteen deceased at the scene from a gunshot wound. Koteen, a mother and wife, was remembered as a cherished daughter, sister, and friend who brought happiness to those around her.
