In a tragic turn of events on a Monday evening in a Summerlin neighborhood, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal shooting. On May 13, 2024, 47-year-old Joe Moreno was shot and killed in his driveway on Starline Meadows Place in Las Vegas. The incident, which occurred around 7:07 p.m., stemmed from a verbal altercation with his neighbor, 32-year-old Eddi Moreno, who is not related to the victim.
