On May 17, 2017, 23-year-old Bryant Carruth was killed during a home invasion in Dellwood, a community in north St. Louis County. The incident took place around 1:35 a.m. in Carruth’s home on Trask Drive. According to reports, several men forced their way into his residence. Bryant was shot and killed during the encounter, while his wife, who was also present, was unharmed.
