On the evening of October 24, 2016, a fourteen-year-old male named Jamarr Mack Jr. was fatally shot in the O'Fallon Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred as he was walking in the 4300 block of Lee Avenue, reportedly on his way home from a nearby library. Residents in the area reported hearing gunshots around 7:45 p.m., prompting calls to law enforcement.
