On February 17, 2023, 20-year-old Julian Kolb, a student at Georgia State University and a father, was fatally shot in the West End neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred on the 1300 block of Allegheny Street SW, where Kolb was found lying on the ground outside his car with several gunshot wounds.
