In the summer of 2022, a dispute that tragically escalated to gunfire cut short the life of Vincent Parks, a 32-year-old man. The fatal encounter unfolded on June 12th outside the busy entrance to Grady Memorial Hospital's emergency department in Atlanta, Georgia.
