He was seen in the company of another man, described as a Black male with shoulder-length dreadlocks. This individual was reportedly wearing BDU camouflage pants or shorts. Shortly after the sound of gunfire echoed through the street, this same man was seen making a swift departure from the area.
The unidentified man was picked up by a black hatchback or a small sport utility vehicle, which then sped away from the scene. Despite these details being released to the public in the hopes of generating leads, the case has grown cold.
