In the early hours of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., the life of Little Walter Price Jr., a 36-year-old Black man, was cut short by gun violence on May 20, 2023. Known affectionately to friends and family as 'Man' or 'Lil Walt,' Price was a native of the city, born on August 12, 1986.
