On February 1, 2020, at approximately 2:39 AM, Donelle Cosean Hodges, a 24-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and found Hodges suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Hodges succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
