On January 3, 2015, at approximately 3:51 AM, Rahji Jerod Ross, aged 35, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 2700 block of Bruce Place, SE, Washington, DC. Despite efforts to save him, Ross succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately launched an investigation into the homicide, seeking the public's assistance in gathering information.
