Death by Force

On March 5, 2015, at approximately 12:57 a.m., 33-year-old Thomas N. Deal was found unconscious and unresponsive, suffering from gunshot wounds in the 1400 block of Cedar Street, Southeast, Washington, D.C. Officers from the Seventh District responded to reports of gunshots in the area and discovered Deal at the scene. He was subsequently transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the District of Columbia.
