Death by Force

Isaiah Armstead, an 18-year-old from Southeast Washington, D.C., was tragically killed on March 13, 2021. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 1200 block of Irving Street NE, in the Brookland neighborhood of Northeast D.C. Armstead was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
