Murdered

On July 20, 2018, Frank Pineda, a 41-year-old resident of Surprise, Arizona, was fatally shot by a repairman he had called to his home to fix the air conditioning. The repairman, identified as Robert Moore, who was working for Arrowhead Aire, had been at Pineda’s home to perform the repairs when an altercation broke out between the two men.
