On a Saturday afternoon, July 27, 2024, a dispute on the road in Surprise, Arizona, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 33-year-old James Nicholas Solano-Aguilar. The Hispanic male, an active-duty military member, husband, and father, was driving with his family near the intersection of 163rd Avenue and Grand Avenue at approximately 1:30 p.m. when the fatal road rage incident occurred.
