In the early morning hours of June 20, 2019, Ricardo De La Isla, a 29-year-old male, was killed in a violent encounter in Surprise, Arizona. The incident, which also resulted in the death of 26-year-old Joseph Hutchinson, unfolded around 3:40 a.m. Investigators later determined that the two men were lured to the location under false pretenses as part of a robbery plot.
