David Liebler, a 67-year-old resident of Sun City, Arizona, was tragically killed on June 17, 2021, during a series of drive-by shootings that spanned the Northwest Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. Liebler was shot in the neck by 19-year-old Ashin Tricarico while driving his pickup truck near the intersection of Loop 101 and Thunderbird Road. After being shot, Liebler's truck veered off the road and into a canal, where he was found dead, just a short distance from his home.
