On June 9, 2014, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a tragic and brutal crime occurred in Surprise, Arizona. William "Billy" Kling, a 41-year-old resident, along with two other individuals, Lisa Baker, 57, and Garth Tuggle, 25, were found dead in a horrific scenario. The victims were discovered inside a stolen pickup truck that had been set on fire near the intersection of North 219th Avenue and West Sun Valley Parkway.
