In the heat of a June day in Surprise, Arizona, a grim discovery was made in a remote desert area. On Monday, June 9, 2014, the bodies of three individuals were found near North 219th Avenue and West Sun Valley Parkway. One of the victims was identified as 41-year-old William 'Billy' Kling, a male. He was found alongside 57-year-old Lisa Baker and 25-year-old Garth Tuggle.
