In Surprise, Arizona, a late-night argument between two men escalated into a fatal shooting that left one man dead. The victim was identified as 32-year-old Roberto Rodriguez. The incident unfolded near Grand Avenue and Greenway Road just before midnight when Rodriguez, a male, had arranged to meet with another man, 29-year-old Aristeo Estrada.
