On a cold January day in 1993, the violent world of organized crime made its presence felt in the quiet borough of Audubon, New Jersey. It was on January 7th that 29-year-old Rod Colombo was found deceased, slumped in the driver's seat of his Cadillac. His life had been ended by three gunshots to the back of his head, a chillingly efficient method often associated with mob-style executions.
