On March 24, 2022, at approximately 3:50 p.m., Delaware State Police responded to a reported shooting on Senator Avenue in the Capitol Park community of Dover. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Bruce E. Wright of Dover deceased in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle, having suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
