Bruce E. Wright, a 33-year-old Black male from Dover, Delaware, was shot and killed on March 24, 2022, in the Capitol Park neighborhood of Dover. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. while Wright was sitting in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle on Senator Avenue. Delaware State Police responded to the scene and found Wright deceased from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
