Bruce E. Wright, a 33-year-old Black/African American male from Dover, Delaware, was killed on the afternoon of March 24, 2022, in the Capitol Park community of Dover. Delaware State Police said troopers were called to Senator Avenue at about 3:50 p.m. for a reported shooting and found Wright in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
