On June 4, 2024, at approximately 5:25 p.m., Delaware State Police responded to a reported trespassing incident at the Harmony at Kent Senior Living Center in Dover. The suspect, 51-year-old Arnold Azamar of Camden, Delaware, had been banned from the facility for prior aggressive behavior but was visiting a female relative at the time.
