On October 2, 2015, Thomas Deputy, a 34-year-old man from Dover, Delaware, was found dead from a gunshot wound, marking a tragic incident in the community. Deputy was discovered in the area of the 100 block of Kings Highway, a residential part of Dover. Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire, and upon arrival, they found Deputy suffering from a fatal injury.
