Thomas Deputy, a 34-year-old Black/African American man, was found mortally wounded inside a vehicle in Dover, Delaware, during the early morning hours of October 2, 2015. The discovery was made in the 400 block of Barrister Place after someone contacted the Dover Police Department to report a man inside a vehicle who appeared to have suffered an injury to his upper body.
