On October 23, 2016, 31-year-old John Thomas "JT" Williams passed away suddenly at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware. Born on October 31, 1984, at Dover Air Force Base, JT was known for his courageous spirit and heartfelt smile. He attended Caesar Rodney High School in Camden and Dover High School, ultimately graduating from James Groves High School.
