Black/African American male, age 31, John Thomas “JT” Williams was shot late on the night of October 23, 2016, in an alley off the 500 block of River Road in Dover, Delaware. At about 10:25 p.m., neighbors heard a burst of gunfire and called 911. Minutes later, two unidentified people drove up to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital’s main entrance and left the 31-year-old there with two gunshot wounds.
