On the evening of April 14, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in Dover, Delaware, tragically ending the life of 15-year-old Elijah Kellum, a Black male. The fatal encounter occurred at approximately 8:33 p.m. near the intersection of South Governors Avenue and West Reed Street.
