Randy Bolden, a 54-year-old African American male from Seaford, Delaware, was fatally shot on May 8, 2024, in Dover, Delaware. The incident occurred inside a residence on the 400 block of River Road during a confrontation between Bolden and a 17-year-old male from Dover.
