Francis T. Schneible, 47, male, White, died on December 20, 1993, from complications of a shotgun wound he suffered while on duty in Dover, Delaware, on October 9, 1969. That autumn afternoon began with an ordinary call: a store manager from the downtown Woolworth reported chasing a shoplifter who had fled with a $3 pair of underwear into an abandoned house at 426 Loockerman Street.
