Brenden Harmon, a 22-year-old Black / African American male from Felton, Delaware, was killed in the early morning hours of October 10, 2021, after violence erupted outside a house party in Dover. The gathering was taking place at a residence in the 1500 block of Nathaniel Mitchell Road, where several people were standing outside when a vehicle approached the home. What had been a social gathering suddenly turned into a scene of panic as occupants of the vehicle opened fire into the crowd.
