A 45-year-old Black man, Antonio Drummond of Dagsboro, Delaware, was found dead on September 16, 2024 in Dover. State troopers were dispatched around 6 p.m. to the 400 block of East Denney's Road after receiving a report of a vehicle in a ditch. Upon arrival they discovered him inside the vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
