A Black / African American 18-year-old male, Shiheem Durham of Dover, Delaware, was shot and killed on February 25, 2020. At about 2:00 p.m., Delaware State Police responded to a report of shots fired in a parking lot between the McDonald's and the Best Western off Pine Cabin Road and East Lebanon Road in Dover, near the Premier Village Apartments. When officers arrived, they found Shiheem Durham deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
