On May 13, 2015, 19-year-old Gary Adams, a male African American student from Smyrna High School, was fatally shot in Dover, Delaware. The incident occurred during a botched marijuana robbery at the Walker Woods apartment complex. According to police reports and court documents, Adams was approached by two young men—DaMier D.
