Walter Pereira, a 29-year-old male from Dover, Delaware, was shot in the predawn hours of Thanksgiving, November 24, 2022. Police were called at about 3:42 a.m. to the unit block of Forest Creek Drive, where officers found him on the ground outside a residence with gunshot wounds.
