In the pre-dawn hours of January 24, 2020, a tragic incident unfolded at the Country Club Apartments in Dover, Delaware. Police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 2:55 AM, finding 19-year-old Jamil Green lying near one of the buildings with multiple gunshot wounds. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. This grim discovery marked the beginning of an intensive homicide investigation by the Dover Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit.
