On a summer day in 2007, the life of a young Black / African American man, Jerome Hill, was tragically cut short. At 23 years of age, Jerome was shot multiple times on Saturday, August 18, 2007, while he was inside a trailer at the Dover Air Park, located at 17 Carpenter Street in Dover, Delaware.
