Hassan Perry, 22, a Black male, was struck by gunfire in the early minutes of Sunday, May 4, 2025, in the parking lot outside McGlynn’s at 800 North State Street in Dover, Delaware. Officers were dispatched around 1:11 a.m. for a report of shots fired and found Perry and another man with multiple wounds to the upper body. Both were rushed to Bayhealth Kent Campus, where Perry was pronounced dead.
