Barry Best, a 50-year-old African American male from Dover, Delaware, died on September 30, 2024, as a result of a fatal shooting. Born on July 25, 1974, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Barry was known for his deep commitment to family and community. He had relocated to Dover after graduating from Camden High School in 1992 and built a life centered around his children and career.
