Death by Force

In the early hours of December 18, 2022, in Dover, Delaware, Black/African American male, 28-year-old Jeff Tolson was shot on the 900 block of Woodcrest Drive after a 2:48 a.m. call reported gunfire. Responding officers found him on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, rendered aid at the scene, and rushed him to a local hospital, where he later died. Police publicly identified the victim as 28-year-old Jeff Tolson of Dover and opened a homicide investigation that morning.
