On the night of September 12, 2019, Dover Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 200 block of Harmony Lane, in a community known as The Village at McKee Branch. Upon arrival, they found 18-year-old Jarmar Richardson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was rushed to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
