Frederick Tolson, a 42-year-old Black / African American male, was killed on the night of December 14, 2023, in Dover, Delaware, during what police later described as the third in a series of ambush-style shootings. Around 8:45 p.m., Dover police were called to the unit block of Ann Avenue after gunfire struck two people in front of the same home.
