Black / African American male, age 42, Frederick Tolson was shot on the night of December 14, 2023, in Dover, Delaware, and died shortly after. Around 8:45 p.m., officers were called to the unit block of Ann Avenue, where they found the 42-year-old and a 59-year-old male relative with gunshot wounds outside a home; both were taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus, where the 42-year-old succumbed to his injuries.
