On January 25, 2015, 18-year-old Jordan Michael Peck was found deceased near railroad tracks between Division Street and Walker Road in Dover, Delaware. The discovery was made around 10:30 a.m. An autopsy later confirmed that Peck had suffered two gunshot wounds, leading authorities to classify his death as a homicide.
