A 21‑year‑old Black male, Shakur A. Burrage, died on October 2, 2020 in Dover, Delaware. He was found deceased inside a vehicle located in the 200 block of David Hall Road within the Rodney Village community. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities responded to the shooting at approximately 7:03 p.m.
