On a Thursday evening in Harlem, Montana, the life of a young law enforcement officer was tragically cut short. Joshua Thomas Rutherford, a 28-year-old White male serving as a Deputy Sheriff for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, responded to a call for a domestic disturbance on May 29, 2003.
