Stanley Gene Becker, a 59-year-old resident of Anaconda, Montana, was found dead in his home on November 20, 2016. His death was ruled a homicide, caused by blunt force trauma to the head.

His wife, 62-year-old Barbara Becker, was arrested and charged with deliberate homicide. Investigators reported that she had confessed to hitting her husband in the head with a hammer after an argument.
