Wilbur Fisher, an 80-year-old resident of Glendive, Montana, was found dead in his home on October 16, 2017. His death was ruled a homicide, shocking the quiet community.

The investigation revealed a disturbing truth: Wilbur had been killed by his own son, Todd Carlisle Fisher. Todd, who was 45 years old at the time, had shot his father in the eye. It was estimated that Wilbur had been dead for at least a day before Todd reported his death to the authorities.
